How does it feel to be non-resistant? Well, when you are resistant you feel heavy. When you are non-resistant you feel light. It's similar to float on water. When you want to float on water you must be non-resistant to be able to float. It is a feeling of calmness, total relaxation, and a letting of all tension. As you surrender to this state of effortless, the water will completely support you. That is the feeling of non-resistant.
